Project: Establishment of Quarantine Facility at Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital

Descriptions: The project involves the establishment of a 893 sqm, two-storey quarantine facility at Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital to enhance preparedness and response to infectious diseases. The ground floor will accommodate 14 patient isolation rooms along with essential support and service areas, while the first floor will feature a 500 sqm multipurpose meeting hall.
Project: Construction of 100 Housing Units at Lh. Naifaru
Client: Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure
Descriptions: The project involves the construction of an 11-storey residential building with a total footprint of approximately 1,075 sqm at Lh. Naifaru, comprising 100 housing units. Each unit is designed as 900 sqft, three-bedroom apartment to provide comfortable and functional living spaces for residents. The ground floor will accommodate all essential utility and service areas.
Project: Upgrading of R. Dhuvaafaru Health Center
Client: Ministry of Health
Descriptions: The project involves the construction & completion of a 725 sqm single-storey extension to the existing R. Dhuvaafaru Health Center. The new facility will include an operation theater, an intensive care unit (ICU), and a surgical ward, along with essential supporting and service areas.
Project: Construction of Police Station in Th. Veymandoo
Client: Maldives Police Services
Descriptions: This project comprises the construction and completion of 3 facilities – a 400sqm four-storey Police Station building, a 200 sqm two-storey Garage building, and 800 sqm single-storey Cell Block—along with a boundary wall, guard post, and complete site hardscaping.
Project: Construction of Borehole’s at S.Hithadhoo and S.Hulhumeedhoo
Client: Maldives Water & Sewerage Company Private Limited
Descriptions: The project involves the construction of 5 boreholes at S. Hithadhoo and 2 boreholes at S. Hulhumeedhoo. Works include of 508mm diameter bore wells up to 50–55 meters, installation of casings and PVC/HDPE strainers, gravel packing, and top concrete sealing. The scope also covers borehole development, pumping tests, and assessment of aquifer yield.
Project: Construction of New Power House, Customer Service Building & Boundary Wall in ADh.Dhan’gethi
Client: State Electric Company Limited
Descriptions: The project involves the construction of a 6,700 sqft New Power House, a 3,300 sqft Customer Service & Accommodation Building, smoke chamber, transformer shed and a Boundary Wall at ADh. Dhan’gethi. Works include concrete, masonry, plastering, all finishing, and firefighting installations.
Project: Construction of K. Guraidhoo Health Center
Client: Ministry of Health
Descriptions: Construction and completion of a 1,440 sqm two-storey health center building and a 220 sqm accommodation building. The project also includes the design, supply, and installation of a piped and tested oxygen delivery system, as well as the supply and installation of a solar PV system for the facility.
Project: Construction of Maldives Police Regional Headquarter in Addu City

Descriptions: The project involves the construction and completion of three separate buildings: a 400 sqm four-storey police station, a 202 sqm two-storey garage, and an 822 sqm two-storey custodial facility.
